Private by default
Downloads are tied to your signed-in account or your guest browser session. An unrelated visitor cannot retrieve your output using a job identifier alone.
Files don’t linger
Free files expire after 1 hour. Paid files expire after 24 hours. Expired downloads become unavailable; a scheduled cleanup removes expired stored files.
No content in analytics
Our native aggregate analytics record product events and tool identifiers. They do not collect document text or filenames. External Google analytics is not enabled at launch.
You stay in control
Clear your history and stored conversion files from your workspace. We do not use uploaded documents to train AI models.
Practical protection, honestly described.
ConvertFlow processes files on its server and uses private filesystem storage. The production site uses HTTPS. We do not claim end-to-end encryption: the conversion service must read the file to transform it.
Conversion is not a malware inspection service. Only upload files you are entitled to process. For highly sensitive or regulated material, evaluate these protections against your own requirements before uploading. No compliance certification is claimed.
Office and PDF formatting may change during conversion. Always review the result before relying on it.
