Can I try ConvertFlow without an account?
Yes. You can convert up to 3 files per day on the free plan. Daily limits are enforced for anonymous usage as well.
Is the PDF editor included?
Yes, on every plan. Edit original text and images, organize pages, and add text, highlights, or drawn signatures, then export a new PDF. Previewing and editing are free; each export uses one conversion from your allowance or one credit. Your completed download has no additional charge.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
You can wait for the next reset, upgrade your plan, or purchase credits. Your download is never held behind an upgrade.
How do I manage a subscription?
Choose Manage billing in your workspace to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Which files can I convert?
ConvertFlow supports DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, UTF-8 text and CSV, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF workflows. Each tool page lists its accepted inputs, output format, and specific limitations. Browse all tools to find the right fit.
Will the result look exactly like my original?
Complex layouts, fonts, formulas, embedded media, and interactive PDF elements may change. Office conversions may substitute fonts, and image formats flatten visual content. Review the converted file before sharing or printing it.
Can ConvertFlow read a scanned document or summarize it with AI?
Scanned PDFs are supported by OCR PDF, which recognizes printed English and Romanian text and returns an editable or searchable PDF. Recognition can contain errors, so review names, numbers and spelling. AI summaries are planned, not currently available, and are not promised by a paid plan. Converting a scanned file with any other tool does not make its text editable or searchable.
How private are my uploaded files?
Files are processed on our server with private storage and session-based download access. They are not used to train AI models. Processing is not end-to-end encrypted because the service must read a file to convert it. See security details before uploading sensitive material.
What are the free limits and how long do downloads last?
Free usage includes 3 conversions per day, with a total upload limit of 20 MB per conversion. Free downloads expire after 1 hour; paid downloads after 24 hours. The paid upload cap at launch is 100 MB. The converter shows your effective upload limit.
Do I need to upgrade to download my result?
No. A completed conversion can be downloaded using the same account or guest browser session. Upgrading or buying credits provides additional conversion allowance; it does not unlock an output you have already converted.
