Put related documents into one PDF
Merge a cover letter with supporting pages, combine report sections, or collect multiple PDFs into a single file. Choose at least two PDFs. Their pages are joined in the file order displayed in the converter, while each source file keeps its internal page order. Use the up and down controls to place the documents in the intended sequence before converting.
Review the combined document before sharing
The free 20 MB limit applies to the combined size of all uploaded files, not to each file separately. The merged document can contain up to 500 pages. Check the transitions between documents and any differences in page size or orientation. Interactive forms, bookmarks, and signatures may not be retained; preserve signed originals separately when their verification matters.
Merge PDF: common questions
Are digital signatures still valid?
Merging changes the document. Existing digital signatures are not preserved as verifiable signatures in the combined file; keep signed originals for verification.
Can I move one page ahead of another document?
Merging controls whole-file order. To reorder individual pages afterward, use Extract PDF Pages with the desired page sequence or arrange the pages in Edit PDF.
Does merging make a large PDF smaller?
Merging combines pages; it is not a compression operation. Use Compress PDF afterward if you need to reduce an image-heavy result. Compression does not guarantee a smaller file and can reduce image detail.
