A PDF copy is useful for sharing presentation content, reviewing a proposal, or distributing a static handout. Upload a PPTX presentation to render its slides as PDF pages. The output is designed for reading; it does not reproduce a live slide show or the timing of a presentation.
Prepare a version that works without animation
Make sure important information is visible on the slides without relying on an animation, transition, audio clip, or video. These elements do not play in the PDF. Fonts may be substituted, so check titles, bullets, chart labels, and text near the edge of each slide in the downloaded file. Keep the original PPTX for future editing or presenting.
PowerPoint to PDF: common questions
Are animations included?
PDF pages are static. Slide content is rendered, but animations, slide transitions and embedded media do not play in the output.
Can I upload a legacy PPT presentation?
This tool accepts PPTX only. Open the PPT presentation in a compatible presentation editor and save a PPTX copy. Renaming the extension is not enough.
How can I share just a few slides?
Convert the presentation to PDF, then use Extract PDF Pages to create a single PDF containing the desired slide pages. Use Split PDF if you need a separate PDF file for each selected page.
