Good to know
- Up to 10 selected pages per conversion. Recognition can contain errors: review names, numbers and spelling. Keep layout retains page artwork and table borders with positioned editable text; fonts and spacing are approximate. Text over complex backgrounds may remain an image. Text only removes artwork. Searchable scans retain their raster appearance.

Can I edit a scanned paragraph?
Choose Editable · text only to reconstruct recognized text, then open it in the PDF editor and use Reflow paragraph. Choose Editable · keep layout to retain artwork and edit supported text with Select. OCR uses one conversion; exporting later edits uses another. Searchable mode keeps the visible scan as an image.
