- Only XLSX is supported; legacy XLS files must be saved as XLSX first. Wide sheets may span multiple pages. Macros are not run. Fonts and formula rendering can differ from Excel.

Use Excel to PDF for a budget, inventory report, or worksheet that someone needs to read without editing its cells. The converter renders the workbook into PDF pages using its print layout. Fit wide tables onto readable pages
In your spreadsheet editor, set the intended print area and choose portrait or landscape orientation. Use print scaling carefully: fitting a very wide sheet on one page can make its numbers too small. Review the source print preview, then inspect the resulting PDF for missing columns, unexpected blank pages, changed fonts, and formula values that differ from your workbook.

How can I avoid cut-off columns?
Set print areas, page orientation and fit-to-page settings in your spreadsheet before uploading. The PDF conversion follows the workbook print layout.
Should I use PDF or CSV for my spreadsheet?
Use PDF when page layout and readable presentation matter. Use Excel to CSV when another system needs the table values. CSV removes formatting and this service exports only the first worksheet.
Why did my worksheet become several PDF pages?
The sheet may be wider or longer than its configured paper size. Set the print area, orientation, and scaling in the workbook before uploading again. Check that fitting columns onto a page still leaves the text readable.
