Share a document as fixed PDF pages
Convert a DOCX report, letter, CV, or proposal when the recipient needs a readable document rather than an editable Word file. The output is one PDF containing the rendered pages. This conversion accepts modern DOCX files; if your document ends in DOC, open it in your document editor and save a DOCX copy before uploading.
Prepare fonts and page breaks before converting
Check the page size, margins, tables, and manual page breaks in the source document. The server renders Office files with LibreOffice, so unavailable fonts may be replaced and complex layout features may move. After conversion, compare the page count and review headers, table edges, image positions, and the last line of each page before sending the PDF.

Will my Word layout stay identical?
Basic paragraphs, tables and images are retained, but font substitution and advanced layout features may change line wrapping. Review the PDF before distributing it.
Can I convert an old DOC file directly?
Only DOCX input is supported. Save the legacy DOC file as DOCX in Word or another compatible editor, then upload that copy. Changing the filename extension alone does not convert the document.
Can this turn a PDF back into Word?
No. This tool converts DOCX to PDF. PDF-to-Word conversion is not currently supported. For a small correction to supported PDF text, try Edit PDF; for a full rewrite, work from the original DOCX file.
